1. About This Disclaimer
QDay is a post-quantum, EVM-compatible blockchain network operated in connection with PQA Labs Limited (“PQA Labs”), designed to provide settlement infrastructure for decentralized applications and for payments — including agent-driven and micropayment use cases. This Disclaimer explains important limits on how you should treat information on this website and through the Service.
2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing on this website or provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for general informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before using, building on, or transacting using QDay or any Digital Asset.
3. Not a Regulated Financial Institution
PQA Labs does not operate QDay as a bank, money service business, virtual asset trading platform, broker-dealer, or custodian in any jurisdiction, and does not issue, mint, redeem, or custody any stablecoin. QDay does not take deposits, and any native token used on the Network is not legal tender and is not backed, insured, or guaranteed by PQA Labs or any government authority.
4. Network Performance Is Not Guaranteed
References to QDay's design targets — including sub-second settlement, scalability, and low transaction cost — describe engineering goals and typical performance under normal conditions, not guaranteed outcomes. Actual performance may vary based on network load, Validator participation, and other factors outside PQA Labs's control.
5. Post-Quantum Cryptography Is Not a Guarantee
QDay implements NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptographic algorithms to mitigate risks from future quantum computing capabilities. This is a comparatively new field: standards may evolve, new vulnerabilities may be discovered, and no cryptographic scheme can be guaranteed free of weaknesses.
6. Agentic and Automated Activity
QDay is designed to support transactions initiated by autonomous software Agents, including AI agents, in addition to human users. PQA Labs does not control, review, or approve the logic, configuration, or behavior of any Agent, and is not responsible for actions an Agent takes on your behalf.
7. Forward-Looking Statements
Statements about QDay's roadmap, upcoming features, testnets, or mainnet milestones are forward-looking statements. They reflect current plans only, are subject to change without notice, and should not be relied upon as commitments.
8. Regional Availability
QDay is intended for global use, but the Service may not be available, or may be restricted, in certain jurisdictions due to local law or regulation. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
9. No Guarantee of Accuracy
PQA Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on this website or through the Service, and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on it.
10. No Endorsement of Third Parties
PQA Labs does not endorse or recommend any specific Digital Asset, application, Validator, or third-party service built on or interacting with QDay. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility.
